  The claim agent ms. Catherine Carary is Very unprofessional, Very disrespectful, insensitive ,Bias most important Rude!!!!. PLEASE DNT get allstate....every agents in that Clarksburg office treated me me very horrible...they terrible in returning calls. I was injured in auto accident cause by there insurer...they was in FAULT...I WAS PASSENGER OF THE Vehicle ..i was not treated with no Dignity, respect, Or sincerity and very discriminated due to me being a victim....they cause me more emotional, mental pain...once i recovered from my physical pain... they force me to seek legal representation...warning dnt support Allstate in Clarksburg md
